Lori is a laser aesthetician with over 20 years of experience helping people look and feel better in their skin with laser therapy, customized daily regimens, and expert advice. Patient education is the foundation of her results-driven laser aesthetics practice. 

Lori’s passion for skin paired with her background in education make her a powerhouse addition to your skincare routine. She has worked alongside dermatologists, taught paramedical aesthetic continuing education classes, and continues to stay up-to-date on the best products and services in laser aesthetics and light therapy.

She is a 2003 graduate of the Florida College of Natural Health with a specialization in Paramedical Aesthetics. She has held licenses in Texas, Florida and Louisiana and is certified in more than a dozen aesthetic lasers and light therapy systems.

Dr. Russo-Mounger was born in New Roads, LA. She attended LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans and graduated with her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree in 1998. She regularly goes over and above the regular required hours of continuing education and stays on top of the latest developments in the field of dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association the Louisiana Dental Association and The Greater Baton Rouge Dental Association. She is also certified in the following dental treatments:

Dr. Flood is chief medical officer of Flood Family Medical Center. Originally from Prairieville, LA, Dr. Flood completed her undergraduate training at University of New Orleans with a degree in Bachelors of Science. After graduating in 2000, she later attended medical school in the United Kingdom and completed her medical school degree in 2007. Dr. Flood completed her residency training at Baton Rouge General Family Residency Program in 2010. She is board certified in Family Medicine.
After graduating from Residency, Dr. Flood worked with a renowned endocrinologist at the Metabolic Center of Louisiana, Baton Rouge, LA. It was here whereby Dr. Flood was mentored and gained vast work experience and knowledge with metabolic and endocrine disorders and discovered her passion to continue in this scope of practice. Dr. Flood is also board certified in obesity medicine.
Dr. Flood is married with two children and resides in Ascension parish where she is originally from. She enjoys quality time with her family, traveling and attending sporting events.
