What does it feel like?

Does it hurt?

Our personalized compounded numbing cream, the best numbing cream available, is applied 30 to 45 minutes prior to the treatment to ensure a comfortable patient experience throughout the treatment. The Vivace was designed with patient comfort in mind, and it’s features provide the greatest result with the least amount of invasion.

How do I determine the right treatment for me?

What is RF?

Radio frequency (RF) provides heat that stimulates collagen production which has been found to lead to tighter, younger-looking skin. Combined with state-of-the-art microneedling, patients have experienced optimal results over other more painful microneedling treatments.

What is my recovery time?

The clear, microchannels created by The Vivace remain open for four to six hours, creating opportunity to supplement the skin with serums and recovery protocols that create optimal results. After that time period, our clients are ready for a night out, with very little to no indication of any treatment that day.

How many treatments do I need?

Many patients find three treatments, spaced four to six weeks apart, provide the experience they are looking for. Results can take up to three months to fully appear as the process of collagen regeneration increases over time.

How long does it take?

The actual treatment takes about 45 minutes, with an additional 30 to 45 minutes needed prior for numbing.

When can I wear makeup?

Most patients go out hours after the treatment with no makeup at all. We recommend at least six hours before you apply makeup, and you may even wait until the next morning.

How do I get the maximum result from my treatment?

Start with the right device, with the right serums with the right recovery system. Follow the recommended protocols once you get home, which include a mask, soothing spray, cleanser and a balm, and abstinence from the sun and working out, and you are well on your way. Multiple treatments are recommended for optimal results.

What kind of skin does it work on?

We are able to treat most skin colors, including tanned skin and dark skin.

How long does the result last?
